Returns Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase.

All returns must be authorised prior to return.

Under the distance selling regulation you may return the Goods to us if you are not satisfied.

We accept cancellation/returns for up to 14 days after receipt of your order, on the basis that you inform us within 7 days by email to info@safetyboots.ie stating the reason for return.

You are responsible for returns shipping fee. It is important that you choose a trackable shipping service, safetyboots.ie cannot be responsible for lost return shipping’s. Once we receive your returns package please allow 5-10 days for processing.

If you wish you may have a refund excluding original order shipping fee.

Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order excluding any Shipping fees we occurred on original order.

If you request an exchange of an alternative size a shipping fee will be charged on exchanged goods sent to you.

If goods are sent to you in error you are entitled to full credit on Goods and returns shipping fee at standard parcel postage cost.

Goods must be unused and in original packaging with a returns note enclosed to determine your identification.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if Goods are soiled and cannot be resold.

If Goods returned are not in original packaging, or if the packaging is damaged a 20% restocking and handling charge will apply.

You must enclose safetyboots.ie returns note which you will receive on request.
